Younger kids will enjoy The Magic Forest, an amusement park that caters to the little ones. Even though Lake Placid is a tiny village, it offers a plethora of activities for children and adults alike. Families staying at The Whiteface Lodge will enjoy special activities for children, including Kamp Kanu, a children’s’ camp that is free to guests and offers skill building activities. Kids will also enjoy tennis, basketball, kayaking, and canoeing at the lodge as well as plenty of activities throughout the village.
